                               RESOLUTION NO. 20908
                  
                  
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  PUBLIC WORKS AND THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO 
                  EXECUTE AND ATTEST A CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL 
                  SERVICES WITH FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT SERVICES, 
                  INC., FOR PROJECT ADMINISTRATION OF THE ASTER 
                  AVENUE FLOOD MITIGATION PROJECT, FOR A 
                  CONSIDERATION OF FIVE THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED 
                  THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($5,635.00) PLUS 
                  REIMBURSEMENT FOR DIRECT COSTS.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, a Contract for 
       Professional Services with Floodplain Management Services, Inc., 
       for project administration of the Aster Avenue Flood Mitigation 
       Project, for a consideration of $5,635.00 plus reimbursement for 
       direct costs.
